Hi, I’m Reagan.

Hi, I'm Reagan! I'm a seventh generation Texan, I live in Austin, and I plan trips for a living, which still feels a little too good to be true.

Before this, I spent ten years at Google managing big, complicated projects around the world. I was selected from more than 500 applicants for a program that took me to Google's European headquarters, and I lived in Dublin for three months, which made me fall even more in love with travel. Another favorite was launching a crisis management system for veterans with ReflexAI, work I'm still incredibly proud of. But the whole time, I was the friend everyone called before a trip. Where should we stay? Is this itinerary too much? Can you just plan it for us? Eventually I realized that was the work I loved most, so I made it my job.

That decision has turned out pretty well. In my first year, I hit $1 million in sales, which Travel Age West wrote about here. Since then, I've been named a Condé Nast Traveler Top Travel Specialist in 2025 and 2026 and received SmartFlyer's Rising Star award two years in a row.

What working with me looks like

  1. Tell me about your trip. Fill out my inquiry form with where you're thinking of going, when, and who's coming.

  2. We get specific. I'll learn how you like to travel: the pace, the hotels you love, and the things you'd rather skip.

  3. I build the plan. You'll get hotel recommendations and an itinerary designed around you, whether that's a long weekend in Mexico City or two weeks on safari.

  4. You travel. I handle the bookings and details, and you get perks like room upgrades, daily breakfast, and hotel credits through my Virtuoso and SmartFlyer partnerships.

Planning for a team?

I also book executive travel, hotel room blocks for offsites and conferences, and group air for companies. My years in tech taught me how to work with tight timelines, real budgets, and a lot of moving pieces, so I work directly with assistants and team leads to keep everything organized.

A few of my favorite places

Italy. I could go back a hundred times. Between the food, the coastline, the countryside, and the cities, there's always a new region to explore. One of my favorite hotels is Passalacqua on Lake Como. It's pure magic, and every detail feels like you're staying at a friend's beautiful villa.

Africa. There's nothing like a safari. Watching the animals up close, spending evenings around the fire, and waking up in the middle of the wild is the kind of trip people talk about for the rest of their lives. I can't pick just one favorite lodge, but Royal Malewane and Sterrekopje Farm are at the top of my bucket list.

Japan. Japan has it all: incredible food, beautiful hotels, centuries of culture, and a level of hospitality that's hard to find anywhere else. In Kyoto, I love Six Senses, and in Tokyo, the Bulgari Hotel (read more about it here) is one of my all time favorites.
